1. What methods of payment do you accept:?

We accept Paypal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

2. When will my order ship?

Usually once an order is placed we try to start the processing the same day and ship it out by the next business day. If, not processing will begain with three days of placing an order.

3. What shipping methods do you use?

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days to arrive.

4. How do I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we do not give refunds or accept exchanges. If you receive a damaged or defective product please email us with an attached photo within 2 days of receiving it and we will be more than happy to replace it.

5. How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. In addition, a shipping confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

6. Is my privacy and personal info secure on your site?

All payments accepted on the site are processed by PayPal, and as such, your information is protected.

7. How do I use discount codes in your shop?

Upon adding products to the cart, you can enter a discount code in the input filed labeled "discount code" and then click the "update total" or apply button.
